Research On The Development Strategy Of State-owned Enterprise X Company Under The Economic New Normal

China's economy has entered into the medium-to-high speed of growth period,which is enter to the “new normal of the economy”,after decades of rapid economic growth.In this “new normal” period,steady growth,structural adjustment,and transformation of the mode of economic growth,implementation the supply-side structural reform and “three go,one drop,one supplement” policy are the main themes of this period,in which the reform and the development of stated-owned enterprise is a highlight.The state-owned X company is in a completely competitive market,and which involved industry is in a state of low-end severe overcapacity and unbalanced overall development.Under China's new normal,while X company has technology,equipment,qualified person and other first-mover advantages,but also faces many difficulties,such as huge investment,very backward system,heavy historical burden,market share small,great deficit and so on.X company is urgently needs to find a solution the survival and developments under these difficult conditions.The main topic of this paper is taking the state-owned enterprise X company as the main body,under the background of China's new normal,through the analysis of its internal and external environment,accurately identifying and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of X company,to find out its way of survival and development.Based on the modern strategic management theory,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical and case analysis,uses the SWOT management analysis tools to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of X company,and combines the advantages and disadvantages of itself,finally to put forward the development strategies of X company are the following four aspects: implementation of strategic restructuring,expanding the scale of production,resources integration and reserve,optimizing the product structure.
