The Young Professional Program(YPP)is an important talent introduction program for international organizations,enterprises,and government to increase talent reserve.The introduction of Young Professionals is crucial to long-term development strategy of organizations.Such programs are typically designed and operated by the human resources department of the organizations.Due to the long project cycle and complex implementation an d management,it is necessary to establish a complete system and apply rel evant project management methods to ensure the smooth and high-quality operation.Based on the systematic investigation of the talent introduction and related project management achievements of the enterprise at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth study of the Young Professional Program and Project Management Integration of Y Investment Bank.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation and project management stat us of the project operation of Y Investment Bank’s Young Professional Program,analyses the current existing problems and reasons,from three aspects of managements of organization structure,cost and quality,put forward the optimized organization structure,reasonably arranged cost,and effectively controlled goal quality,detailed elaborated the Young Professional Program management system construction plan.Then,it analyzes the possible risks and solution.Finally,the relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of the construction plan are put forward from the aspects of personnel,standard policy and culture.The research results of this paper provide an effective system management method for the young talent reserve of Y Investment Bank,at the same time,it also has certain guidance and reference for the introduction and management of young talents of international organizations,enterprises,and governmental institutions.
