Increasingly fierce tire market competition,G Company what is a tire manufacturing enterprise,also faces unprecedented pressure and challenges.Purchasing Department as one of the important sectors of production-oriented enterprise,the previous mode of operation has been difficult to face the complex and volatile market conditions.Therefore,G Company must pay attention for procurement management,and supplier management is the top priority in purchasing management.Based on the analysis of purchasing management of raw materials and supplier management before 2016,this paper uses the purchasing department of G Company as the research object,and uses the way of questionnaire to find out some problems existing in G Company's purchasing department in supplier management.The main problems are three,namely,the lack of supplier management system,on-time supplier delivery is lower and the procurement cost is high.The most important factor causing these problems lies in the purchasing department of G Company is not standardized enough to supplier management,there is no complete supplier management system,there is no clearly guidelines and policies to manage and constrain suppliers,and suppliers should also lack regulatory and audit.G Company realized that the purchasing department at the current stage had insufficient supplier management.After internal adjustment,the purchasing department proposed a set of viable solutions.First of all,the establishment of supplier management center,the supplier to conduct a more standardized management.Secondly,the establishment of supplier management system,standardize the supplier's selection,certification,audit and other processes.Third,Increase the quarterly performance appraisal and review the annual qualified suppliersto improve the routine maintenance of suppliers.Finally,combine the supplier's incentive policies and category management to improve the overall quality of the suppliers and improve the purchasing efficiency.Comparing the relevant data before and after the establishment of the supplier management center,the improvement effect is obvious,and suppliers have also been significantly improved.This program in the supplier management system to make up,also effectively improve the delivery of low rate and procurement costs are high.
