Study On The Economic And Social Effects Of Rural Land Confirmation Under The Background Of Urban And Rural Integration

Based on the theory of land property rights and the hypothesis of farmers’ behavior rationality,this paper analyzes the economic and social effects of the land right work in Shanghai.Two indicators are selected to measure the economic effects of land confirmation,and choose the satisfaction of farmers and the protection of farmers’ rights as a measure of the social effects of land confirmation.The key factors that affect the economic and social effects of land right confirmation are discussed in depth,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the certification of land rights.In this research,this article mainly draws the following conclusions: firstly,84.19% of farmers who are investigated and surveyed believe that the land right has a role in the land transfer,and 74.44% of the farmers believe that the land right has positive effect on its employment increase,and the five variables,such as the peasant household town and the short term of the peasant household contract,have significant influence on the land right to farmers.The role of household land circulation.The six variables,such as the willingness of farmers’ land transfer,whether the farmers trust the town government and the village committee farmers’ satisfaction on the land confirmation,whether the land has lost the farmer’s time,the land right work is very standard,and the short term of the farmer’s land contract have a significant effect on the effect of the land confirmation work on the increase of farmers’ employment.Secondly,the farmers’ overall satisfaction with the work of the village one village one scheme and the cadre village of the town is higher,and 60.53% of the farmers among the surveyed farmers express "more satisfaction" and "very satisfied" to the land right village one scheme.63.54% of the farmers express "more satisfaction" and "very good" to the work of the cadres in the township cadres and villages."Satisfaction";farmers are generally more supportive of land ownership,and 64.78% of farmers expressed "comparative support" and "very supportive" for land ownership.Farmers’ age,educational variables,members’ political features,the number of farmers’ cultivated land,the degree of understanding,support attitude,the change of the right area,the settlement of the right disputes,and so on,It have a significant impact on the satisfaction of farmers.The inverse of administrative village variables significantly affects the satisfaction of farmers.Third,among the farmers surveyed,83% of the farmers believe that the land right has a guarantee to the land rights of the farmers.Whether the farmers trust the town government and the village committee,the farmers’ understanding of the land confirmation,the farmers’ positive cooperation with the true right work and the land confirmation are not easy to deal with the four changes,which significantly affect the land confirmation registration work.The role of farmers’ land rights protection.There are seven chapters in this study,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,the methods used in the study,review the domestic and foreign research results of the effect of land right and right,sum up the research angle,logical clue and research defects of the current real right generation effect,and determine the perspective of this study.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the basis of the theoretical basis.This part is mainly to organize the core concepts of rural land and agricultural land,land right,land contract management right,land circulation and so on.Combing the core views of the relevant classical theory of this study,based on several key issues of this study,the main theoretical views and ideas that guide this study are discussed and the theoretical basis of this study is formed.The third chapter mainly introduces the status of the land right in Shanghai,which is mainly a comprehensive introduction to the development process of the land right in Shanghai.Through the analysis of the main practices,achievements and problems of the land right in Shanghai,we can make a good foundation for this study.The fourth chapter is the economic effect analysis of the land right work.This part studies the economic effect of the rural land confirmation work,and analyzes the effect of land confirmation on the land transfer and the increase of farmers’ employment through the two yuan logistic model.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the social effects of land right work,mainly studying the social effects of rural land confirmation,based on the large sample questionnaire survey to analyze the social effects of rural land confirmation through the use of two yuan logistic model and ordered logistic model.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the registration of land confirmation.This part is mainly based on the results of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,and combines the actual situation of the land right in Shanghai to study and discuss the countermeasures and suggestions of the land confirmation.The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the main research results,specific ideas and conclusions of this study,this part summarizes and prospects,and points out the innovation and deficiency of this study.
