The key to implementing and promoting the circular economy strategy in high-energy-consuming industries is to ensure that the level of informatization construction of each high-energy-consuming enterprise is continuously improved.The construction of the circular economy information flow monitoring system of high energy-consuming enterprises is one of the core contents of its information construction.The fundamental operation of the enterprise is to realize the organic combination of economic performance and environmental performance,that is,to improve the synergy effect and comprehensive benefits of the enterprise circular economy.High-energy-consuming enterprises are the key to promoting the integration of industrialization and informationization.They need to systematically study the synergy effect of their circular economy monitoring system construction and information flow.Based on the perspective of coordinated management of circular economy,this paper proposes the concept of circular economy information flow monitoring system for high energy-consuming enterprises,and divides the monitoring system of circular economy information flow of high energy-consuming enterprises into product information flow prevention and control system and enterprise waste energy recycling.Two types of information flow monitoring systems.Using the information flow analysis method,the product information flow prevention and control system model was constructed,and the prevention and control warning line was set up to prevent and control the material consumption,energy consumption and emissions,and improve the production process.In addition,the enterprise information flow monitoring system model is constructed,and the real-time monitoring function is used to optimize the analysis of the production process by setting the induction signal to recycle the waste heat resources such as steam and blast furnace gas.Taking a high-energy-consuming product and enterprise as an example,using the model built,the circular economy synergy effect that high-energy-consuming products and enterprises can achieve and enhance through information flow monitoring is analyzed and calculated.Aiming at some problems in the construction of high energy-consuming products and enterprise circular economy and improving the synergistic effect of circular economy,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The results show that the above model can effectively improve the synergistic effect of highenergy-consuming products and enterprises in circular economy,and has certain practicability.It can provide a micro-analysis model and means for studying the comprehensive benefits of circular economy of high-energy-consuming enterprises.Promote the organic combination of informationization and circular economy to provide reference.
