| China's economy has entered a stable period which is different from the high-speed pattern exhibited in the past,and this new phase won't be changed within 5 years.Chinese government is promotingeconomic transition to address overcapacity,this is one of the critical challenges for Chinese manufacture industry.Under the influence of the government,the development of Glass Machining Industry has trapped in a serious situation in recent years.However,the Real Estate Industry started to grow slowly from 2016 and “the Belt and Road” policy encourages international corporation,there is still a chance for Glass Machining Industry.This research is based on Hua Kan Glass Machinery which is a Glass Machine Factory.First of all,the paper illustrates the overall backgroundand the conclusion of development strategy study fromother academicians.Then base on the real situation of HB company,the paper analyzesthe problems occurred in operation and management.Attempting to solve them in three main strategies,strengthening internal management,expanding sales channel,promoting development from transition and upgrading.This paper gives the concrete measure to secure the strategy can be used correctly,and the result of this research can lead HB company to improve their operation abilities.Meanwhile,with the strategy,HB company can create more profit and grow healthier. |
