However, with more and more intensified homogeneous competitions in domestic glass industry in recent years, the Competition Advantages of SYP have also been gradually weakened. In order to seek for new profit engine of the company, SYP self developed the low-iron rolled glass line for PV Modules, which extended its business to PV glass.The paper made all-round analysis on PV glass industry based on the study of its macro development, market demand, and future technology development of PV glass industry. The paper also analyzed the industry competition of PV glass with Strategy Management Theory and tools, and came up with relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of PV glass business of SYP.
