Research On Evaluation Of Cooperative Innovation Ability Of Production,Teaching And Research In Hebei Province

Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation system is a complex dynamic system.The government and intermediary organizations are the supporting system of innovation,which is the main body of the collaborative innovation among universities,scientific research institutions and enterprises.An innovative system of cross-organizational boundaries that collaborates with their respective resources.At present,our country is in the transition stage of economic and social development.It is of great significance to grasp the cooperative innovation of production,education and research to promote the upgrading of industry,to realize economic growth,to upgrade the level of scientific and technological innovation and to build an innovative country.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the regional cooperative innovation ability,strengthen the communication and cooperation among the innovation subjects,and establish a long-term institutional mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of industry-study-research collaborative innovation.In this paper,the author takes the collaborative innovation system of industry,college and research in the province as the research object,through establishing the evaluation model,applying the factor analysis method and the cluster analysis method to evaluate and analyze the relevant yearbook data of the industry,university and research cooperation innovation.This paper studies the collaborative innovation ability of regional industry-university-research cooperative innovation system,which provides reference and help for improving the cooperative innovation ability of Hebei province.Based on the principle and method of index extraction,three secondary indexes and 29 third-level indexes are put forward,and the evaluation index system of industry-university-research cooperative innovation ability is established.Then,this paper applies factor analysis method to evaluate the innovation ability of industry,university and research in 31 provinces and cities in China,and applies cluster analysis to cluster 31 provinces and cities into five levels according to the inherent characteristics of the collaborative innovation system of industry,learning and research.Finally,the comprehensivepositioning of cooperative innovation ability of Hebei province is obtained.Finally,by analyzing the problems existing in the cooperative innovation of production,education and research in Hebei Province,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the cooperative innovation ability of industry,education and research in Hebei Province.There are many factors influencing the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research.Because the data collected in a short period of time is limited,it is inevitable that the evaluation index is not comprehensive.It is hoped that more index data can be added to the research model to make the research more perfect.
