Study On The Optimization Of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Structure In Jilin

The competition of nowadays is between supply chain and supply chain.Supply chain of agricultural products is the extension and expansion of supply chain in the field of agriculture.As a big agricultural province,Jilin Province is located in the black soil area of Northeast China,fertile land,so it has the advantage of natural resources to develop agriculture.It is the center of the national commodity grain base in Northeast Asia,but agricultural development has been in a relatively weak link.As a basic industry,agriculture has not played the role of driving force of economic development.This also affected the development of other industries in Jilin Province.In recent years,with the development and transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and the policy support of the state to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China,Jilin's agricultural economy has made some progress,along with the development of agricultural information and logistics technology.The operation and management of supply chain of agricultural products have also been further developed,but there are still many problems,which seriously restrict the competitiveness of agricultural products in Jilin Province.Based on the related concepts and characteristics of supply chain and agricultural product supply chain,this paper is supported by transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory,synergetic effect theory and game theory.The main research object of this paper is the supply chain structure of agricultural products,such as fresh vegetables,melon and fruit,and meat and eggs,and further explains the concept of supply chain structure of agricultural products.Secondly,the present situation of agricultural product supply chain in Jilin Province is analyzed from three aspects: the production and management of agricultural products,the current mode of supply chain of agricultural products,and the present situation of supply chain structure of agricultural products.The problems of supply chain structure of agricultural products in Jilin Province are further analyzed.In view of the above specific situation,three kinds of optimization schemes are put forward,and the performance evaluation of the optimized schemes is carried out by using the AHP.Choosing the best scheme and comparing it with the traditional supply chain.Furthermore,how to maintain the stability of the cooperative relationship between the participants in the optimized supply chain is discussed in detail by using game theory analysis.Finally,proposing optimization and safeguard measures to promote agriculture of supply chain structure.In order to effectively improve the overall efficiency of agricultural supply chain in Jilin Province.
