A Study On The Characteristics Of Poverty To Take Targeted Measures In Poverty Alleviation Filing Household In Guizhou Province

To take targeted measures in poverty alleviation is a major transformation of the strategy of poverty alleviation and development in our country in the new period,and is an important strategic deployment of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.A study on the characteristics of poverty accurate recognition Filing Household can accurately identify the causes of poverty in different poverty-stricken areas and poor farmers,so as to develop different countermeasures for poverty alleviation,so as to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.Guizhou Province in 2014,the precise identification filing riser has a population of 6 million 230 thousand people,is the most participatory poverty provinces.The poverty in Guizhou is caused by a variety of factors,the natural environment,the level of agricultural production in mountain areas,the course of social development and the influence of national culture,etc.,which have caused the historical accumulation of poverty in Guizhou.With the proposal of precise poverty alleviation strategy,it has provided unprecedented opportunities for solving the rural poverty problem in Guizhou province.In this paper,through the sampling survey of the farmers in 11 counties in Guizhou Province,and the research on the problems of poverty in the past,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the poverty characteristics of the accurate identification of the farmers.By selecting the factors that affect the poverty of the farmers,the regression model is set up,and the SPSS analysis software is used to analyze the factors that affect the poverty of the farmers,and the regression results are analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis.Through the empirical analysis and the regression analysis results of the archiving Li card farmers,it is concluded that the poverty characteristics of the farmers in Guizhou province are helpful for Guizhou province to formulate the practical countermeasures for the accurate poverty alleviation of Guizhou.The conclusions of this study are summarized as following four points: first,the causes of poverty in Guizhou are caused by a variety of factors,mainly the factors of Karst's fragile natural environment,history and national cultural tradition.Second,the low level of human capital,the low level of education and poor health of farmers in Guizhou Province,and the poor health condition of the farmers.Most farmers have not been trained in skill training and have no skill in themselves,which makes the peasant households lack of self-development ability and the ability to resist risk is weak.Third,the policy help has an important impact on the occurrence of poverty in the filing truck.The assistance policies such as medical assistance,labor skill training,critical housing reform and microfinance help to reduce the probability of farmers' poverty,but the degree of farmers' assistance to policies is generally low.Fourth,there are many factors affecting the poverty of farmers in Guizhou Province,such as migrant workers,family income structure,social participation and policy help,housing structure,child support and education,elderly support,family health status and education level of labor force.
