BV is a subsidiary company of Bureau Veritas in China.BV Group was established in 1828 and is the world’s leading quality certification and certification body.With the increase of domestic consumer goods and industrial products,people attach importance to the environment and safety,relevant national policies are gradually liberalized,and the detection market has grown rapidly,attracting a large number of testing company laboratories to enter the inspection industry,resulting in an unprecedented fierce market competition.In addition to BV’s rapid development over the years,the company’s inspection business faces many problems.BV’s food ware testing also have the same problems,namely,how to shorten the product testing cycle and reduce the test report lateness rate,improve customer satisfaction,achieve efficient and effective detection process,and enhance BV’s core competitiveness.This article through the process optimization theory,combined with the actual BV company to solve the BV company food ware testing face the main problems.The main content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly describes the research background,purpose and significance,research content,research methods and technology roadmap of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theoretical literature used in this thesis,including the definition of basic concepts,relevant theories of process optimization,and current research status of process optimization.The third chapter is based on the inspection process of food ware testing of BV company.It summarizes the current status and problems of the food ware testing process.The main problems faced by the company are analyzed using ASME analysis method,field investigation method,and causality diagram analysis method.A summary of the analysis.The fourth chapter is the optimization design of BV’s food ware testing process.After determining the optimization objectives and the feasibility analysis of optimization,BV’s food contact products are optimized from two aspects.The optimal design of key sub-processes is performed using the ECRSI model,and then the associated auxiliary system is optimized.The fifth chapter is the guarantee measures and optimization effect evaluation of the implementation of BV’s food ware testing process optimization plan.In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the process optimization design,safeguard measures were formulated and the effect of process optimization was evaluated.The results of the evaluation achieved the goal of optimization.From the analysis of the optimized evaluation data,it can be seen that BV’s food ware testing has achieved good results in the testing process optimization.Normally,the inspection time of BV’s food testing was shortened from 5 working days to 3.5 working days.This basically eliminated the phenomenon of late reporting of test reports.As a result,BV’s food ware testing has improved their testing efficiency and capability,improved customer satisfaction,enhanced BV’s market competitiveness,and brought greater economic benefits to the company.The optimization of BV’s food ware testing not only has guiding significance for the company’s full implementation of inspection process optimization,but also provides reference and reference value for the optimization of testing processes in companies in the same industry.At the same time,it also fully demonstrates that process optimization is of great significance to BV companies and even companies in the same industry.
