Research On Strategy To Control R&D Risk For H Enterprise

With the development of the science and technology and the improvement of the living standard,natural sources of functional cosmetics ingredients favored by the market.At present,because of the increasing requirements of the research and development natural cosmetic materials,the update of various examination and verification technologies,the increased of investment scale,and the improvement of national policies and regulations,the difficulty of research and development of natural cosmetic materials is increasing.By studying the risk management of natural cosmetics materials in H Enterprise,this thesis to find the measures to reduce the risk of research and development for the purpose of improving the quality and the success rate of research and development.The thesis expounds the concept,technology,contents,methods and processes of research and development risk management and risk analysis of research and development.It also introduces the development history of foreign and domestic project risk management,summarizes the status quo of industry.Combined with the status of research and development and risk management of H Enterprise,points out the current research field and the future direction.The dissertation summarizes the case of Enterprise H's failure in research and development in recent years.Combined with the enterprise's new product R&D work breakdown structure method and SWOT analysis method,it identifies 10 systematic and non-systematic risk factors in R&D process.Finally,a risk identification table of H enterprise' R&D is established.Then,experts are invited to rate the risk probability and risk impact of the identified risk factors.The risk probabilityimpact matrix is used for qualitative analysis to establish the risk status assessment table.Then,using the principal component analysis to evaluate,the main risk factors in the R&D process are the lack of stability of key personnel,unreasonable process design,quality problems in trial production,patent infringement,and insufficient basis for project establishment.The risk factors common to all three methods of analysis are inadequate project basis and unreasonable process design.The above analysis results provide the basis for H enterprise's R&D risk control.Based on the results of risk identification and assessment,the thesis put forward some technical and non-technical countermeasures and measures to reduce risks.It also proposed adopting regular auditing and inspection methods to monitor technical risks and detecting non-technical risks through dynamic tracking.Combined with the FMEA checklist audit method and milestone stage audit method,the thesis to build the audit process checklist in the research and development process.
