Risk exists in every project. Modern project is the whole of economic, technology and management. Because it has some characters such as large-scale, involving many departments and complex environment interface, so there are many uncertainties. These uncertain factors may cause the project to extend the project period, add the cost and change the plan, ultimately may reduce the economic benefits, even cause the project fail. Risk management uses science management theory and method to reducing the risk in project schedule, quality and cost.This paper researched the risk management of "XinXing·City Forest" Project. In the paper beginning, author introduced research background and significance, also introduced the risk management definition and methods. After theory summery, "XinXing·City Forest" Project basic information, technology approach way and technical parameters. Then follow risk management research logical order, this paper analyzed risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk feedback of "XinXing·City Forest" Project. In risk identification, this paper creative applied WBS to "XinXing·City Forest" Project. So risk management became a part routine management, this method will not only save people, material, but also made the risk management more comprehensive and accurate. In risk assessment, paper used Risk Assessment Code, invited the experts and experienced manager to score. According to the score, paper divided the risk factors to five categories. The object of risk control is the factors which score is less then three. The paper used risk prevention and risk transfer to control risk in this project. In risk feedback, positive feedback and negative feedback were used in this paper. Through positive incentives to prevent, negative checks to improve the effectiveness of risk management.
