Research On Risk Breakdown Structure And Its Application In Pharmaceutical Enterprise Informatization Project Risk Management

The continuous development of modern information technology to a certain extent changed the medicine enterprise’s internal and external environment, promote the business management reform, for the realization of medicine enterprise’s sustainable development and laid a solid foundation. Informatization in the pharmaceutical enterprises to bring development opportunity while, also become an enterprise informatization project risk management process cannot evasive real problem. Based on this, through the methods of literature review, case study method and system analysis method by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from the risk breakdown structure from the perspective of constructing a medical enterprise informatization project risk model, the51evel of risk evaluation indexes,141evel two risk evaluation index,321evel three indexes. Aiming at the risk problem, from the management goal, management process and methods of two dimension made medical enterprise informatization project risk management model. Then, from the angle of layer analysis identified the medicine enterprise risk breakdown structure evaluation index weight, and consistency test, the results show that:the judgment matrix consistency test result with higher consistency, can correctly reflect the pharmaceutical enterprise informatization project risk breakdown structure level of risk status, with the weight analysis requirements. Finally, from the empirical perspective to Yulin city in a pharmaceutical enterprise informatization project risk breakdown structure current situation undertook study, the results showed that:the pharmaceutical enterprises informatization technology project risk score for final results is69.4633, information technology project risk is greater than60, show that:the medicine enterprise informatization project risk.
