Research On The Eco-efficiency Of Industrial Enterprises In Yunnan Minority Areas

Yunnan is located in the southwest of China and is a barrier to ecological security in southwest China.The sustainable development of the ecological environment in Yunnan has an important impact on the construction of national and regional ecological civilization.Yunnan is the province with the largest number of ethnic minorities in China.There are 8 ethnic autonomous prefectures in the province.Ethnic minority areas are rich in natural resources but ecologically fragile.Once destroyed,it will be difficult to recover.While vigorously developing industrial enterprises,ethnic minority areas must strengthen the protection of the environment and pay attention to the changes in the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises.The paper constructs an evaluation index system for ecological efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yunnan's ethnic minority areas by sorting out relevant literature and combining the status of industrial enterprises in ethnic minority areas.Uses the Super-SBM model and the Malmquist index to statically analyze and dynamically decompose the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in ethnic minority areas,Furthermore,? and absolute ? convergence tests were conducted on the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yunnan's ethnic minority areas.Then established the Tobit model and panel threshold model to study the influencing factors of the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province.The results show that the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yunnan's ethnic minority areas is not high as a whole,and there is a big gap between the autonomous prefectures.There is no ? convergence in the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in ethnic minority areas,and there is absolute ?convergence.The result of Tobit regression shows that the R&D intensity has U-shaped characteristics in the ecological efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yunnan ethnic minority areas.The level of economic development and energy consumption structure have had a negative impact on the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in this region.The improvement of the level of urbanization is conducive to the improvement of the ecological efficiency of industrial enterprises in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan.The scale of the enterprise has not had a significant positive impact on the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yunnan's ethnic minorityareas.The panel threshold regression results and Tobit model regression results are basically the same,verifying the stability and accuracy of the Tobit model estimation results.According to the empirical analysis results,this paper proposes measures for improving the eco-efficiency of industrial enterprises in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province from the four levels of government,industry,enterprises,and the public.
