| Under the global integration model,the advantages of science and technology are becoming more and more prominent.And industrial enterprises as the backbone of the lifeline of our country's economy,It is the main force of our country's economic development and the most important carrier of China's technological innovation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises for the future development of our country.In this paper,we select the industrial enterprises above the scale of 29 provinces and cities(except Tibet and Hainan)in 2008-2015 years as the research object.First,we use DEA-Malmquist index to analyze the technological innovation efficiency(total factor productivity)(TFP)of industrial enterprises in different provinces and cities,and analyze the reasons for regional differences;Then,in order to further analyze the convergence or divergence of TFP and reseach whether there is "technology spillover effect",we analyze?convergence?absolute ? convergence and conditional ? convergence of TFP in China's regional technology innovation;Finally,we use panel data model to empirically study the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency,study the significance of each factor and analyze the reasons to technological innovation efficiency,and put forward suggestions.The conclusion of this paper is: the TFP of technologyical innovation on Industrial Enterprises above the scale have an average increase of 2.1% in 2008-2015 years,this growth is mainly due to the technological progress index,and the TFP of technological innovation in East,West and Northeast regions is descending in turn,the TFP of technological innovation still have large regional differences;On convergence,?convergence?absolute ? convergence and conditional ? convergence are existed in the TFP of technology innovation on industrial enterprises above the scale among the country and the four major regions,“technology spillover effect” has a significant existence,the differences between the regions are shrinking,and it will eventually converge to a balanced growth path.We found that firms' average size,market competition and the degree of opening to the outside world have significantly positive effects on the TFP of technological innovation,the degree of opening to the outside world also have significantly positive effects on the technical efficiency,the quality of human capital and the intensity of R & D capital have significant influence.The policy recommendations of the paper are:(1)In order to achieve a balanced development of the region,we should optimize the allocation of resources;(2)We should strengthen the construction of innovative talents and strive to improve the quality of innovative talents,(3)To ensure adequate financial support for technological innovation,we should strengthen investment in technology research and development funds,(4)By Improving the market concentration of the region,and expanding the scale of the enterprise,we should strive to develop faster under the optimal scale,(5)Strengthening support from the government and improve the enthusiasm of technological innovation from enterprises,(6)Improving the degree of regional opening to the outside world,improve its technological innovation ability through the post advantage. |
