Research On The Construction Of A Long-term Anti-poverty Mechanism Under The Framework Of Sustainable Livelihoods

The building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by the communist party of China(2021)is an important part of the goal of two hundred years in the communist party's fifteenth national Congress report.However,the large number of rural poor is a group that cannot be ignored in the progress of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Achieving sustained and stable poverty reduction for the poor is not only the vital interests of the rural poor,but also the final realization of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Due to the complexity and difficulty of poverty alleviation work itself,in a new round of battle poverty,the poor out of poverty is not continued instability phenomenon is likely to be in a certain area appeared some conditions,worthy of attention,and in-depth discussion and seek effective solutions.This paper,combining problems reflected in pratical progress of the poverty alleviation,discusses the performance and reasons of the lack of sustainability for poverty alleviation,answers the overall architecture of the mechanism of the construction of rural anti-poverty and specific content by using the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework.The first part of this paper illustrates the research background and research significance,summarizes the related research at home and abroad,and this part also includes the research content and methods,the innovation place and deficiency of this study.The second part defines the relevant concepts and sorts out some theories concerning the construction of anti-poverty long-acting mechanism.The third part introduces the content of Sustainable Livelihood Framework and several concepts related to sustainable livelihood framework,and USES the Sustainable Livelihood Framework to analyze the causes of poverty poverty.The fourth part firstly for poverty alleviation situation is introduced,and then uses the Sustainable Livelihood Framework to analyze the of sustainability poverty alleviation and the lack of sustainability for poverty alleviation.The fifth part answers how to build a long-acting mechanism of rural anti-poverty,first of all,puts forward the overall architecture of the mechanism of anti-poverty based on the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework,then puts forward the livelihood capital balanced growth mechanism?livelihood risk prevention mechanism?livelihood options expand mechanism?the assessment of overcoming poverty mechanism ? subsequent livelihood support mechanism and so on a total of five large long-acting mechanism of anti-poverty.The sixth part summarizes the summary of this article and puts forward a series of policy Suggestions aiming at the current poverty alleviation.
