The future trend of agricultural development is large-scale management.Grain industry,as a pillar industry in agriculture of our country, whether it can realize large-scale operationon, not only concerns the sustainable development of rural economy, but also the problem of food security in China. In order to ensure the food security while developing the rural economy, the state advocates to conform to the trend of agricultural development, and ensure the scale of land used for grain management in the process of agricultural modernization,so increase grain production. However, under the influence of urbanization and industrialization,a lot of "peasant workers" have sprung up in our country, and rural residents have poured into cities and towns in pursuit of higher income, although the non-agricultural incomes of rural households have increased to a certain extent. But at the same time,a large number of rural land was abandoned, the development of agriculture seriously frustrated.what's more, the income from grain planting is relatively low,so the income of rural residents operating grain is reduced. In a certain extent, there may be a contradiction between the improvement of grain production and the improvement of incomes pursued by farmers. With the reduction of the demand for labor in cities,in order to further increase the income of rural residents and solve the hidden dangers of national food security,we must further promote the development of the rural economy, and change the current situation of the scale of management of grain farmers.,to increase grain production and farm incomes for rural residents. From this point of view,it is necessary for us to analyze the relationship between regional management scale and income and output based on the rural reality. This paper first analyzes the scale, production and income of grain farmers in China in recent years by using the statistical data of each year, and reveals that there are still some problems in the aspect of grain planting and the income of rural residents in our country.Secondly, according to the view of relevant scholars, the nature of input elements in the process of grain management is different, and the main factor restricting the management scale of grain farmers lies in the land,so this paper also takes the cultivated land area as the measurement index of the management scale.Based on the actual situation in the countryside, the Chinese mainland is divided into three regions: the main grain producing area, the main marketing area, the balanced area of production and marketing.Based on the linear model, this paper analyzes the effects of the management scale on the grain yield, total output and income in the main grain producing areas, the main marketing areas and the balanced areas of grain production and marketing in mainland China. It is found that at the present stage, the expansion of the overall scale of operation affects the output per unit area, the total output and the harvest. In the main marketing areas, the expansion of business scale will reduce the unit yield and income, but promote the total income. In the main production areas, the expansion of the business scale can increase the output per unit area and the total output. At the same time,it also helps to increase income;and in the area of balanced production and marketing, the expansion of business scale is detrimental to unit production, total production and income. It can be seen that, although at this stage of our country,On the whole, the management scale of grain farmers is generally smaller than that of moderate management, but the management scale of some regions may be larger than that of their moderate management scale. In order to analyze the further reasons, this paper also carries on the Stationary test?cointegration relation test,It is found that there is a cointegration relationship between the management scale and the output per unit area in China and the three regions, and between the operation scale and the total output in China and the main selling area, and between the operation scale and the income in China and the main producing area. However, there is no cointegration relationship between the business scale of the grain production and marketing equilibrium area and the total grain output and income, while there is no cointegration relationship between the operation scale and the income in the main grain distribution area.By estimating the error correction model of the variables with cointegration relationship,it is found that there is a deeper relationship between the management scale and unit yield, the total yield and income, and the grain yield and income are not only affected by the management scale of grain farmers. It is also likely to be affected by earlier grain production and income. Finally, based on the actual situation of each region, this paper draws lessons from some experiences of domestic and foreign countries, advocates measures according to local conditions, takes relevant measures to change the current situation of grain management, and provides suggestions for the country to formulate relevant policies. Thus simultaneously realizes the national level macroscopic goal and the resident level microscopic goal.
