With the rapid development of the times,companies are facing increasingly fierce market competition,which are both opportunities and challenges.In order to obtain opportunities and development in fierce competition,it is crucial to occupy the market.But how?The quality of products and service are undoubtedly the company’s trump card.Market competitions are,to a certain extent,quality competitions.Improving the quality of products and the level of quality management has become the top priority in the daily management of enterprises.To ensure and improve the quality of products,it is urgent to establish a scientific and feasible quality management system for application.This article takes the X company,a representative of new energy companies,as the research object,combined with personal theoretical knowledge and the practical knowledge accumulated in the investigation of the enterprise’s quality management work,trying to establish a brand-new quality management system.Starting from the current situation of the quality management of X company,this article searches for the insufficiency of the current quality management and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes.It is found that the main problems in the company’s current quality management system are weak awareness of quality,lack of culture construction of quality,imperfect quality management process system construction,and low level of informationization of quality management.Based on this,the author puts forward targeted improvement measures and organizes implementation,including continuing to strengthen the foundation of quality management,strengthening the leadership role of managers,encouraging the participation of all staff,improving the quality responsibility system and other safeguard work,in order to achieve a comprehensive upgrade of the overall quality level and improve both the reputation in the industry and the market competitiveness.In short,this paper studies X company through the traditional mode of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The resulting quality management system has a high practical value,and it also provides a reference for companies that need to improve their quality management system.And to a certain extent,it has been proved through trial operation that the improvement of the quality management system is correct and feasible.
