In the era of global competition of Internet plus,talents with high value and irreplaceability are the key for enterprises to achieve long-term development and possess core competitiveness.Therefore,human resource management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises,and performance management is the key link of human resource management.Establishing an scientificandeffective performance management system is an important means for enterprises to introduce excellent management talents and built up competitive advantages.Draw on the experience of related research result of performance management studied by scholars both in China and abroad,this paper takes YD group which engaged in producing and selling healthcare wine as the research object,uses the key performance indicators as well as 360-degree evaluation method to analyze the status quo of YD group headquarters' performance management,and diagnose the existing problems,thus to propose related countermeasures to optimize the performance management system of the group headquarters.As a staff who has been working in YD group for more than ten years,the author makes full use of her rich experience in YD group headquarters' performance management,with the help of interview research method,the author finds there are some problems in the existing performance management of YD Group headquarters,such as the disunity of strategic objectives and performance indicators,lack of performance communication,unreasonable performance indicators,ineffectiveness of performance feedback and the mechanism of complaints,simplification of performance results application.In view of the above problems,this article puts forward a optimizing strategy from the precondition of performance management system,the appraisal indexes of performance management and the process of performance management,in order to make all the employees have explicit objectives,improve their subjective initiative and enhance the level of YD group's performance management,thus to guarantee the strategic layout of YD Group's healthcare industry.Meanwhile,the author hopes the research results of this paper could provide references to relative researches on performance management optimization for management departments.
