At the end of 2017,L Rural Commercial Bank took stock of its various financial data,and the total amount of its assets has reached 6.5 billion yuan.The loan amount exceeds 4.2 billion yuan,and the total amount of its deposits is 5.6 billion yuan.In the RMB,the market for deposits exceeded 44.85%,and the market share of loans was close to 50%,making it the first place in the county's financial industry.From the beginning of its establishment to the present,L Rural Commercial Bank has experienced 60 years of ups and downs.During this period,LNC has carried out many institutional reforms and business innovations,such as cooperation system,government-run financial system,and recovery cooperation quarter.Shareholding system and so on.Not only that,the management system of L rural commercial banks has also changed with the changes of its system.From the initial people's commune system,through the people's bank custody system,escrow system,to the final independent management mechanism.Now the scale of LNongshang Bank has achieved great development,and its business performance has also made great progress,but the corresponding market competition that it needs to face is becoming more and more fierce.In this market environment,LNong In order to achieve its stable and long-term progress,the commercial bank must realize the important role of its human resource management work in the operation of LNongshang Bank.The core of L Rural Commercial Bank's development has always been "serving the three rural areas and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises",carrying out various businesses in the economy and accelerating the process of urbanization in the region.At the end of 2016,the original rural credit cooperatives in L County were reformed and became the current L Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.Because of the characteristics of the original system,L Rural Commercial Bank has many problems that need to be solved in human resource management,which is also the core problem that hinders the further development and growth of LNongshang Bank.This research will be carried out from the optimization of talent allocation of LNongshang Bank.The research framework of this paper is:first,clear the reasons and background of the topic,indicating the research route of the article;second,fully analyze all the literature related to human resource allocation,and theoretically define the basic meaning of human resource allocation.Explain the main content and principle of human resource allocation,and then integrate the relevant research on human resource allocation at home and abroad,and make appropriate explanations.Third,the case of this research is set as L Rural Commercial Bank.The paper analyzes the current situation of talent allocation,various problems and influencing factors.Fourth,clarify the development goals and core principles of LNPC in human resources management,and find the actual situation suitable for L Rural Commercial Bank.The talent allocation optimization strategy;Fifth,the discussion and elaboration of the safeguard measures for the optimization of talent allocation of L Nongshang Bank;at the end of the article,summarize the results of this study,comprehensively explain the shortcomings and future prospects.The ultimate goal of the author's research is to attract the attention of the internal management of LNongshang Bank,enhance the emphasis on talent allocation,and improve the emphasis of the management of LN commercial banks in the reform of talent management mechanism.Various optimization measures related to the allocation of human resources,in order to improve the human resources management capabilities and business processing efficiency of L Bank,the ultimate goal is to greatly enhance the regional competitiveness of the entire L-agribusiness bank.
