Research On Food Safety Regulatory Grassroots Plight And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of social innovation,food safety affairs happen occasionally in china in recent years,from melamine milk,illegal cooking oil,industrial brine bean curd,Sudan duck egg and Melamine tainted milk powder,All these incidents show that there still exist certain problems in food safety grassroots management in china.As for a country,food safety problems have a lot to do with the leach safety of its people.It also relates to government's credibility.In 2015 to adapt to the social development,our country exacted "food safety law" to make sure food safety from legal perspective and guaranteed the health of consumers.Taking the supervisim in food safety supervising system as an example in its country,this thesis adopts the research methods of literature review,interview and comparative study to have a deep analysis o the state current system and remaining problems.Based on the problems,in view of the innovative experience in some areas in China,this paper puts forward new plans and countermeasures to make our food safety grassroots supervision perfect further.In term of the problems such as unsmooth reform mechanism,lack of supervision capacity and insufficient security testing ability,this paper comes up with centralized supervision management.We should innovate food safety supervision system though a variety of ways,improve laws related to food safety continually and build unified food safety stabdaras.Besides,we should make food safety credit system perfect and strengthen the enforcement ability of and food safety grass-roots staff.Finally construct an interacting system by the combined efforts of food safety and society.At the same time,this paper puts forward recommendations for the construction of food safety system.
