Z company is a well-known pharmaceutical company in our country.Since the pharmaceutical industry has gradually stepped into a mature stage in our country,in order to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the industry,pharmaceutical companies have to set up a sales team that can cope with various challenges.In order to build such a team,scientific training on sales staffs must be necessary.Recently,constructivism learning theory has gradually caught the notice of scholars,of which understanding about learning has aroused widespread concern in the field of education.Training belongs to education in a broad sense,so there are a few scholars has applied constructivism learning theory into training research.In view of the current domestic research on pre-service training of pharmaceutical industry sales are relatively scarce,this paper chooses the pre-service training of sales staffs of Z Province branch of Z Company as the research object.Firstly,through the summary and review of previous studies,this paper establishes the content of training needs analysis and training plan as the basis of theory.Then through the analysis of present situation of the pre-service training of sales staffs of Z Province branch of Z Company,this paper points out the existing problems.Finally,combining with constructivism learning theory,this paper proposes an optimiZed program for the pre-service training of sales staffs of Z Province branch of Z Company.The implementation of the new program can help the Z Province branch of Z Company to assemble a sales team that can cope with market challenge to achieve a competitive advantage in the severe competition environment.It can also provide a reference to companies who want to improve their training quality.
