The construction industry is one of the important pillars of the national economy,and its huge investment in industry characteristics requires efficient output.Evaluation of the efficiency of the construction industry,especially the level of project efficiency is of great significance.Therefore,the project performance appraisal,to improve the quality of the project has a crucial role.The research is based on the problem of Nanjing L construction company,aiming to making a study of construction project performance based on BSC.Designing a performance system which fits L company.L company is the leading enterprises in the industry,the research results are representative.This research decomposes L company's strategic objective and mission to many indicators.Combining experts talking with BSC,the paper designs many indicators in the four aspects:finance,customer,inner process,study and development,and clears the design principles and indicator-choosing reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward the mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of the performance evaluation system,including reshaping the concept of performance management,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,perfecting the system of performance management and strengthening the application of performance appraisal results.Particularly speaking,in finance aspect,thinking of production ability and project management ability,the research designs five indicators.In customer aspect,the research designs four indicators.In inner process aspect,thinking of project process control,change-response ability,security management,quality management,technical innovation.The research designs six indicators.In study and development aspect,thinking of staff training,employee retention,suggestion and designing four indicators.This research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of indicators.Firstly,introducing AHP,the method of operation and operating steps.Secondly,according to the data of research questionnaire to calculate the weight of indicators.Thirdly,testing the new performance system,so that ensuring the rationality and feasibility.The research takes to method of pilot-run in L company,which is divided into four parts:initial construction phase,operational phase,stable phase,improvement phase.
