| Due to the current rapidly developing and fiercely competitive market,human resources competition has become an important embodiment of competition between business.The role of people in modern enterprises is the core of business management.The implementation of fair,impartial and efficient personnel performance appraisal is a key factor in supporting the sustainable operation and healthy development of a company,and it is also a basic strategy to achieve human-based management and incentive the employees’ enthusiasm.This article takes Hunan Zhongyi Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyzes the status quo of its employee performance management and appraisal.The study found that the main problems in human resource management and performance appraisal of Zhongyi were caused by the lack of a good performance management system after Zhongyi was established.It is too difficult to effectively evaluate the human resource efficiency of Zhongyi by a single performance appraisal system.The reason is that the fast-paced market makes the company pay more attention to short-term sales performance.It is caused by human subjective factors under the premise that the company’s management lacks a scientific understanding of human resource management.To change this problem,KPI can be used as a method for performance management.Under the guidance of the company’s development strategy,firstly we can decompose 6 categories of finance,recruitment and acquisition control,integrated management,engineering,human resources and technology at the company-level gradually and then respectively set up 23 indicators at the department level.Secondly,we can optimize Zhongyi’s human resource performance management plan according to the segmented key performance indicators of the senior,middle and junior employees of Zhongyi.The optimized performance appraisal method covers all departments and decomposes performance appraisal criteria and scores into specific employee,which can more scientifically identify the level of employee performance.The implementation of the new performance appraisal program can be implemented through three steps: publicity and training,information flow and feedback,and results application and supervision.Through the guarantee of organization,personnel and capital to improve the overall human resource management efficiency,a fairer people-oriented growth environment and development space can be provided and the realization of the company’s strategic goals and stable development can be ensured. |
