Talents are the key to the development of Internet financial enterprises.They directly affect the management level of enterprises and the innovation and application of financial technology.They are the basis for the development of Internet financial enterprises.Due to the characteristics of the industry and the shock of the Internet financial industry in 2018,the loss of personnel in the Internet financial industry is extremely serious.The loss of personnel will result in the increase of operating costs of enterprises,thus restricting the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.Taking representative enterprises as an example,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of related enterprises to analyze the main causes of employee turnover in Internet financial companies and put forward improvement suggestions based on the analysis.M company is an internet financial company,whose main business is P2P network lending platform.The loan products are vehicle mortgage loan and housing mortgage loan.The company has abundant financial services and good reputation in the industry.It is a start-up company in the rising stage of development.In the critical period of the company's development,however,small and medium-sized enterprises often encounter the problem of a large number of personnel loss in the development.Taking the employees who resigned voluntarily as the research object,this paper uses literature analysis,case analysis and interview method to collect relevant data for induction and analysis,and carries out research on the problem of staff turnover in M company.Through comparative analysis of M company's employees'gender,age,educational background,working time,department and turnover status,it is concluded that M company's turnover is influenced by other competitive enterprises and external social environment factors of Internet financial industry turbulence;the dimensions of internal management factors include low salary level,lack of openness and fairness in payment,lack of training system and staff.Career management,poor working environment and pressure,etc.Personal factors of employees include maximizing personal economic interests,giving full play to and seeking good personal development space,and unreasonable age structure of M company employees.On this basis,we put forward some suggestions,including reforming salary system,strengthening career management of employees,improving working hours and environment,improving age structure of employees,etc.We should also strengthen information management of human resources,establish work teams and use work sharing mechanism,and do a good job of core talent reserve.The author puts forward the research and Countermeasures on the problem of staff turnover in M company,which not only helps M company solve the problem of staff turnover,but also provides useful reference and reference for human resource management of small and medium-sized Internet financial companies.
