With a rapidly developing market environment,more and more companies in dicate to concentrate their resources on a series of "core competence",and meet current needs so that to maintain adaptability to future environmental changes through the pursuit of innovation.Meanwhile,companies are also increasingly relying on external resources to acquire knowledge.Even large enterprises cannot have all the resources,so it's become common phenomena for intimate interactions with external partners.As a new concept in recent years,relationship learning can be seen as a positive impact on corporate performance.However,due to the opportunism of exchange partners,it may also bring risks.The discussion of corporate performance in the context of relationship learning is still an open question.In particular,for a typical enterprise,the relationship between innovation and organization has little impact on the financial performance of the company.For teams,especially knowledge teams,innovation and relationship learning often directly affect their performance,which has not been involved yet.Based on the dual theory and organizational learning theory,this study selects a special knowledge-based team--R&D team as the research object,and applies the combination of task performance and relationship performance to evaluate the performance of R&D team,and then explore the dual innovation and the impact of relationship learning on R&D team performance.This study conducted a survey of more than 100 R&D teams,and conducted a structure model analysis.The results show that(1)The dual innovation has a positive effect on the performance of the R&D team,where the positive impact of exploratory innovation capability is greater than the ability to apply innovation.(2)Relationship learning has a positive moderating effect in the process of the influence of dual innovation ability on R&D team performance,but the effect of information sharing in the process of applying innovation ability to R&D team performance is not significant.In conclusion,the relationship learning ability plays an important role in improving organizational innovation performance,which has an important impact on the management practice of Chinese organizations,as well as a great reference for managers to improve the innovation and research performance of each organization.
