With the development of global economic integration,more and more enterprises aim to develop internationalization strategy,broaden the overseas markets,in order to benefit from the limited resources,and be competitive.In the face of the enlargement of enterprise scale,and the complicated enterprise's business,the enterprise should learn more to cope with the problem of the external environment changes,develop more effective decision scheme,obtaining higher profits,all of this ask the enterprise management team to make the discussion and decision.In addition,the enterprise's development cannot leave the study of the enterprise,effective study can make the enterprise responses fast when it faces the crisis,it can also develop the new products,innovation can improve the enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,the study about who makes the important strategies of the enterprise management is not the single manager,gradually turns to the top management team,which is consists of many members,and the difference between the top management team members such as the early demographics,values and so on can affect the enterprise's learning and financial performances.Enterprise's learning behavior can divide into exploratory learning and exploitative learning.Based on previous studies,learning ambidexterity(use the exploratory learning and exploitative learning at the same time)can improve both short-term interests and long-term performance.In this paper,we regard learning ambidexterity as intermediary variable,absorptive capacity as regulating variable,top management team as the research subject,aim to do the research on the relationship between top management team heterogeneity which contains three aspects,like age,education background and function background,and international entrepreneurial performance.First of all,we based on relevant theories about the top management team heterogeneity,ambidexterity learning,international entrepreneurial performance and absorptive capacity,define and classify the dimensions of the four variables,we use the heterogeneities of the age,education background and function background among the top management team as the main research objects,ambidexterity learning and absorptive capacity as a variable unit,as for international entrepreneurial performance,we use international financial performance and non-financial performance to measure it.Then we propose 18 hypotheses about the relationship among top management team heterogeneity,learning ambidexterity,absorptive capacity and international entrepreneurial performance,which constructs the theoretical model of this study.Second,we send the questionnaire to the target enterprises which refer to the international business,collect and process the research data,use SPSS statistical software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and making correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses and research model proposed.Finally,summarizing the conclusions,we found that top management team heterogeneities of the education background and function background have the positive correlation with the international financial performance and non-financial performance;top management team heterogeneities of the age,education background and function background have the positive correlation with ambidexterity learning;ambidexterity learning has the positive correlation with international financial performance and non-financial performance;ambidexterity learning plays the mediating role between the top management team heterogeneity of age?education background? function background and the international entrepreneurial performance;top management team heterogeneity and absorptive capacity have the positive regulation function to the international entrepreneurial performance through the ambidexterity learning.In addition,the hypothesis about the top management team heterogeneity of the age has the negative correlation with international financial performance and non-financial performance is not be tested,we give some possible reasons in this paper.Then,pointing out the direction for future research.
