Analysis On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On China's Export Trade

With the continuous development of national foreign trade and tariffs gradually reduced,a new round of trade liberalization has become the economic growth all over the world.Since China adopted the reform and opening up,actively to participate in international trade activities,a dramatic expansion of exports has become the world's second-largest exporter.China's foreign trade is so great achievements mainly depended on the slash tariffs and non-tariff barriers and abundant cheap labor.In recent years,China's demographic dividend is disappearing,rising labor costs,reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers and bring economic benefits is gradually shrinking.Affected countries to engage in trade activities of the "invisible barriers",such as complicated customs procedures,more and more be the concern of the international trade activity participants.How to reduce the trade activities of the "invisible barriers" negative impact,improve the level of trade facilitation,strengthen trade cooperation with the rest of the world,promote the sustainable growth of foreign trade,had become the major problems needed to resolve China's foreign trade."Area" economic development strategy is chairman Xi Jinping in 2013 during a trip to Asia,to seek for the major problems such as how to realize the sustainable development of China's foreign trade bringing new solution.In this paper,under the background of “The Belt and Road”,through the review and directly related to the theory of trade facilitation,including comparative advantage theory,transaction cost theory,theory of customs union and free trade area theory,using statistical analysis method,and the combination of theory and empirical analysis method and comparative analysis,and with the aid of countries along the improved gravity model to measure the level of trade facilitation,in 2011-2016 trying to solve the following problems in the process of analysis: "the Belt and Road" trade facilitation of countries along the present what level? Trade facilitation level has any impact on China's export trade? Exporter,importer of trade facilitation and raising the level of trade facilitation to the economic benefits of China's export trade is the same size? Trade facilitation in the evaluation system of the primary index impact on China's export trade agreement? Based on the analysis of demographic dividend in China gradually disappear,the development strategy under the background,how to improve trade facilitation of countries along the "area" all the way to realize the sustainable development of China's foreign trade.
