Research On Fund Management Of Agricultural Scientific Research Project In Xinjiang Academy Of Agricultural Sciences

Our country is a big agricultural country.Since ancient times,the Chinese government has always placed agriculture in an important position.A large number of research and research funds are invested in agricultural research in China to promote the development of agricultural research and technology in china.However,the current agricultural research funds can not meet the rapid development of agricultural scientific research work in china.The lack of funds for agricultural research is only one of the problems that need to be solved.The more important issue is the efficiency of the use of agricultural research funds.Maximizing the effectiveness and effectiveness of agricultural research funding is an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of agricultural research projects in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and understands the current process and methods of the management of agricultural research projects in Xinjiang Academy of agricultural sciences.In this paper,interviews and questionnaires are used to investigate the scientific research staff,researchers,management personnel and financial management personnel of Xinjiang Academy of agricultural sciences.It is intended to analyze the problems existing in the management of agricultural scientific research projects in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences from different angles.By combining theory with practice,and through the mathematical analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the paper sums up several problems in the management of agricultural research projects in Xinjiang Academy of agricultural sciences.Including the management of scientific research funds,the problem of budget preparation,the management flow of scientific research funds,the problem of supervision mechanism and the mechanism of performance evaluation.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the management of agricultural scientific research project funds in Xinjiang Academy of agricultural sciences.It will provide some reference for the policy selection of agricultural science research fund management in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the future,and promote the development of agricultural scientific research work in Xinjiang Academy of agricultural sciences.
