Research On Optimization And Reconstruction Of Industrial Space Of Energy-based City In Heilongjiang Province Based On Resilience City Theory

In the context of today's energy shortages and climate change,the development of energy-based cities faces enormous challenges,and the industrial development of energy-based cities has gradually become the focus of attention.As a material carrier of social and economic activities,the industrial space of energy-based cities is constantly evolving.Under the requirements of the country's “new urbanization” road and the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,the industrial space of energy-based cities should gradually adjust its own development model,from the previous extensive economic growth mode to intensive,intelligent,green,Low-carbon economic growth mode,continuously improve the competitiveness and adaptability of the urban economy,and create a sustainable industrial space.The article expounds the connotation and characteristics of the theory of resilient city,summarizes the research and practice of the theory of resilient city at home and abroad,summarizes the research on the evaluation system of resilient city at home and abroad,and provides the theoretical basis for the article.Through the collection of data and the collation of documents,the development of energy-based urban industry and the evolution of industrial space in Heilongjiang Province are discussed.The development characteristics and existing problems of industrial space in energy-based cities in Heilongjiang Province are pointed out.The resilience city theory is combined with the industrial space of the energy-based city of Heilongjiang Province,and the construction principle of the resilience evaluation index system is proposed.The resilience evaluation index system of the energy-based urban industrial space in Heilongjiang Province is constructed from four aspects: economy,society,ecology and energy.On the basis of studying the industrial space of energy-based cities in Heilongjiang Province,Daqing City is used as a typical case study to analyze the development history and influence mechanism of industrial space.Based on the theory of resilient cities,the status quo of industrial space is pointed out.Combined with the resilience evaluation index system of the industrial space of energy-based cities in Heilongjiang Province,through the analysis of research data and the analysis of specific cases,the optimization and reconstruction strategies of industrial space in Daqing City were proposed in the aspects of economy,society,ecology and energy.Taking the 0459 Cultural and Creative Industry Park of Daqing City as an example to analyze the optimization and reconstruction strategy of industrial space,and then make recommendations for the sustainable development of industrial space in energy-based cities in Heilongjiang Province.Through data collection,literature collation,field research and case analysis,this paper studies the characteristics of industrial space in Heilongjiang Province's energy-based cities and the problems in the development process.Based on the study of the theory of resilient cities,the energy-based urban industrial space in Heilongjiang Province is constructed.The resilience evaluation index system,taking Daqing City as an example to propose the optimization and reconstruction strategy of industrial space,to a certain extent provides a new perspective for the resilient development of industrial space in Heilongjiang Province,and also for China's energy-based cities.Sustainable development puts forward corresponding suggestions and prospects.
