With the increasing trend of global economic integration and the graduallyimprovement of China’s market economic structure, developed intense marketcompetition and rapid age of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises hasincreasingly intense and human resources has become the priority resource and the coreissue of enterprise management. The quality and level of human resources has determinedthe success of an enterprise, which leads to the huge demand of talents. Emphasis onhuman resource management and the achievement of enterprises’ sustainabledevelopment have become highly respected business philosophy. A good training modelcan effectively connect theory and practice, not only the improvement of the theory, butalso the development of practice. Gradually, training has become the routine managementactivities of many enterprises, and the training model is also diversification. With thedevelopment of modern enterprises change, training mode has been improvedprogressively.CC Passenger Company is a professional passenger transport company, and main forpassenger travel, company commute, passenger, short distance transport and longdistance transport. With the increasing of the company’s scale, the demand and quality forthe employees is improved. The employees become more competition.In this paper, CC Passenger Company’s human resource training model is researchedas the objective. Point out the problem of the human resources training mode on the basisof CC’s. At the same time, referring domestic and international training modelexperienced and practiced, join the real case of oneself and the development advantages,comprehensive the training model of related theory knowledge, the optimize humanresources training model is proposed by the relevant theoretical knowledge of trainingsystem. Set up the training model to fit for training philosophy, optimization the trainingmodel of organizational structure. Establish the training needs analysis, training plan andimplementation systems fit for company’s development strategy. Strengthen the trainingcourses and training needs compatibility, set up the training effect and feedbackmechanism recyclable, from each plate and optimized the training mode of the step, moredetailed and more practical. Finally, for the measures to optimize the training model, wecan puts forward the corresponding measures from the organization, system and resourcesof the three aspects. Strengthening the organizational leadership and team building,improve the construction of internal management system, increase the resources guarantee of company funds, materials, personnel training, to ensure the smooth progressof the project.
