Study On Location Of Fujian Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center Based On AHP

Efforts to improve the level of modern logistics,to build China Tobacco networking,will be "The upper level of cigarettes" development strategy to provide a powerful and important support.In order to increase the core competitiveness of tobacco companies,the major tobacco companies in China strengthen their logistics system construction.Logistics center is the key node of the whole tobacco logistics system,and it is an important infrastructure.Logistics center location is a strategic problem,which has a long-term impact on the operation of the tobacco logistics distribution system.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the location problem of Fujian tobacco logistics center.Firstly,a comprehensive literature review was conducted in term of studies on tobacco logistics and tobacco distribution center.Several methods and their applications were introduced about distribution location,while AHP was demonstrated in details,including the concept,principles of AHP and how to apply this method step by step.Secondly,this paper analyzed the objects,principles of tobacco distribution center location of Fujian province,with the investigation of the provincial tobacco logistics situation.Eight elements were selected as the most vital factors in the selection of tobacco logistics location in Fujian.Furthermore,two AHP hierarchical structural models were built to explore the best location of tobacco distribution center.Longyan City and Xia'men City were selected as the optimal location for western mountainous region and south-east littoral of Fujian.Finally,this paper compares the results before and after the site selection from the economic benefits and social logistics angles,and proves that the method conforms to the actual situation and it is effective.As an important part of logistics planning,the method for the location selection of Logistics center of China's tobacco industry is not only a certain guiding role for the current system,but also for other enterprises with similar needs.
