The popularizing rate of electronics has be significantly improved since 1990s in last century,with the result,the electronic waste grow rapidly too.However,despite we have learned experience and practice in western developed country,the recycling of waste electronic products in our country has not formed an effective e-waste recycling system,and most of the e-waste is recycled by the informal recycling and treatment enterprises.The informal recycling and treatment enterprises can't insure the operation procedure comply relative technical standard and laws,limited by scale,capital,technology etc,causing potential risks and threats for our environment.Thus,in order to provide suggestions for orderly development,this article intend to explore incentive and restriction mechanism for both participants of formal and informal recycle channel.To demonstrate status of competition between formal and informal recycling channels,static game model of formal and informal recycling channels is established.The article analyzed the evolution process in the dimension of price,quantity and profit under different conditions of these two participants' selection.And the results shows that it's necessary to bring government in for that formal recycling channel can't overwhelm the informal only by its own strategy selectionBased on the above research,an Evolutionary Game of two recycling channels participants which included government strength is established.Article analyzed the range of application for government management and the result show that two recycling channels participants can be lead to choose strategies of promoting recycle level" and "enterprising" when government subsidies is greater than the difference between two strategies of "no change" and "promoting recycle level"Finally,based on the previous analyzing three evolutionary game models,the paper respectively put forward some proposals for the applications of the three aspects--coordinate pricing,promotion,multi-groups in the evolution game simulation model of recycling channel management.
