Based on the characteristics of human resource management of state-owned commercial banks in our country and the characteristics of commercial bank employees,this paper comprehensively uses knowledge of human resource management and organizational behavior to collect data through comparative studies,literature research methods and interview methods,and studies the core branches of one commercial banks,analyzes the existing problems,causes and countermeasures of human resource management in commercial banks.The results show that the problems that the bank employees are apt to appear in management include the uneven job saturation,the lack of staff and redundant staff,the high turnover of bank employees,the insufficient staff motivation and the low level of job performance.The main causes of the above problems are:the lack of systematic human resources planning;performance management messy,re-examination of light management;training system vulnerabilities and low resource utilization efficiency.Based on the above problems and causes,the author put forward the corresponding solutions.This study has a high practical significance,which can provide certain reference value for the management of the tellers of state-owned banks in our country.
