In the process of modern enterprise development,the scientific human resource management is of great significance for the development of the enterprise.And performance management is an important content and method of human resource management.It has an irreplaceable role for the realization of the strategic objectives,the improvement of management efficiency,the enthusiasm of the staff and the motivation of the initiative.At the same time,the rapid development of technological innovation enterprises in China has revealed a series of problems in the practice of enterprise performance management,such as unclear management objectives,unscientific process management,imperfect performance feedback,and performance assessment in the form of form.These problems have limited the development of enterprises to a great extent,Need to optimize the design of the existing performance management system.Cloud soft company is scientific and technological innovation oriented enterprises in recent years,the company is committed to computer technology services,software technology promotion and service work,but the process of rapid growth in the enterprise scale and the number of employees in the exposed many ask Questions,so we need to introduce more scientific and perfect performance management system to provide support for.In this paper,based on the theory of performance management at home and abroad,the main research method is literature,case analysis and questionnaire survey,combined with the comprehensive analysis of the performance management status of cloud soft high tech companies,the direction of the company's performance management practice is pointed out,and the management ideas and management of the company's development status are put forward.Measures should be taken to promote the scientific development of performance management in technological innovation oriented enterprises.The mainproblems in the performance management of the company follows:(1)to analyze the research background,research status and theoretical basis of enterprise staff performance management,so that the connotation and boundary clearance of performance management also highlight the important role and significance of performance management.(2)the current situation of staff performance management in cloud soft high tech company.In order to better understand the performance management status of the company,a number of problems in the performance management of the company are found through questionnaire survey:lack of objective knowledge,lack of process management,poor performance feedback,performance assessment in the form,and the inadequacy of the application of assessment results.(3)aiming at many problems existing in the performance management of cloud soft high tech company,the design is optimized from many aspects,such as the innovation of performance management thought,the optimization of management process,the setting of management target and so on.The KPI method is used to set up the company level index,department level index,employee individual assessment index and so on,and set up the special target setting,and gradually establish the performance evaluation index system based on the company development orientation.At the same time,we should further develop and improve the performance management system from many aspects,such as performance plan,performance evaluation,performance implementation,performance feedback,performance application and so on.(4)in order to ensure the scientific development of the performance management of the company,a perfect guarantee system is constructed from many aspects,such as enterprise culture construction,special training,performance management system implementation and management environment..
