Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Passion,Entrepreneurial Learning And Opportunity Exploit Ability

Entrepreneurial activities not only affect the economic development of the region,but also play an important role in the country's economic development.Entrepreneurial research based on the perspective of opportunity has been paid more and more attention by scholars.The study of entrepreneurial activities is inseparable from the study of entrepreneurial opportunities.For the focus of entrepreneurial opportunities,existing research has often focused on two aspects.On the one hand,scholars focus on the source of opportunities,while on the otherhand,they mainly study the identification,evaluation and development of entrepreneurial opportunities.At present,there is a lot of research on the identification of opportunities.In comparison,few scholars have studied opportunity development.However,just completing the opportunity identification process does not guarantee successful entrepreneurship,but only increases the likelihood of success.The development and utilization of opportunities is more important for entrepreneurs.The establishment of a new venture is inseparable from the opportunity development process,and the opportunity development capability will directly affect the success or failure of the enterprise.On the basis of this research,scholars have carried out a series of researches,and opportunity development has become an important theoretical construct in entrepreneurial research.Opportunity development is a process of continuously accepting risks and challenges.It is impossible for entrepreneurs to follow established procedures to develop opportunities in a highly uncertain environment.Individual irrational factors can often influence entrepreneurs' behavior.Reviewing relevant research,not only the nature of entrepreneurial opportunities affects the ability to develop opportunities,but also the personal traits of entrepreneurs can have an impact on the ability to develop opportunities.However,the successful development of opportunities requires entrepreneurs to maintain a high level of positive emotions to support their continued adherence.As an indispensable irrational factor in entrepreneurial activities,this study believes that based on positive emotion theory,entrepreneurial passion has a significant impact on the promotion of opportunities for development.This paper uses empirical research methods to further explore the mechanism of entrepreneurial passion and opportunity development capabilities,further confirming how different levels of entrepreneurial passion affect the opportunity development capability,thus providing guidance for entrepreneurs'opportunity development capabilities.Entrepreneurial passion enhances entrepreneurial opportunity development through a series of behavioral processes.Enthusiastic entrepreneurs will spend a lot of time developing opportunities to achieve their goals,and will put more effort into improving their ability to develop opportunities,encourage entrepreneurs to continue learning,make up for personal deficiencies,and gain the key to entrepreneurship.Resources,dynamic operation of strategic entrepreneurship to maintain a competitive advantage.Entrepreneurial passion is a strong positive mental energy.At the same time,entrepreneurial learning is the core competence of efficient organization.Both have a significant impact on the entrepreneur's opportunity development ability,and have a very important inspiration to promote the success of entrepreneurial practice.Therefore,based on entrepreneurial learning theory,entrepreneurial passion will also have an indirect effect on entrepreneurial opportunity development through entrepreneurial learning behavior.This research is divided into six parts:the first part,the introduction.It mainly explains the research significance and background,briefly describes the research ideas,proposes the innovation points in the paper,and makes a general description of the research framework of the full text;the second part,the literature review part,combined with the existing research The connotation of the research variables,the related research and the elaboration of the dimensions,determine the connotation and measurement of the variables studied in this paper;the third part,study the hypothesis and the research model,and propose the hypothetical relationship between the variables by determining the relevant theoretical basis;The fourth part,research design part,determine the measurement dimension of each variable,expound the design of the questionnaire in this paper;the fifth part,the data analysis part,use SPSS,AMOS to analyze the data to verify the above hypothesis;the sixth part,research Conclusions and future prospects,the conclusions of this paper are obtained through the test results,and the shortcomings of this research are explained,which provides research directions for subsequent research.The innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the previous theory mainly focuses on the influence of rational factors on the development of entrepreneurial opportunities,ignoring the important role played by irrational factors in this study.This study explores the entrepreneurial passion based on positive emotion theory.How to apply to the opportunity development capability further deepens the relevant theories of the impact of entrepreneurial sentiment on entrepreneurial activities and expands the role of irrational factors in entrepreneurial activities.Secondly,empirical research on the internal structure of the opportunity development capability and the relationship between the various dimensions is beneficial to further deepen the theoretical connotation of the opportunity development activity.Finally,in the past,there were few explanations about how entrepreneurial passions acted on opportunity development capabilities.This study is based on the theory of entrepreneurial learning and believes that entrepreneurial learning plays a mediating role in the mechanism of entrepreneurial passion affecting the ability to develop opportunities.At the same time,the paper also has the following shortcomings.First of all,this study only explores the positive impact of entrepreneurial passion on opportunity development ability,but only studying the positive impact of entrepreneurial passion on opportunity development is not comprehensive,and future research can explore the reasonable boundary of entrepreneurial passion;secondly,in data collection In order to increase the scope of data collection,try to choose the first-tier cities with frequent entrepreneurial activities;future research can start from the first-tier cities where entrepreneurial activities are active,and start to explore new ventures,expand the scope of data collection,try to visit on the ground,and meet face-to-face with entrepreneurs.To enhance data realism and reliability.Third,the study did not consider the impact of the environment.Future research can consider the impact of different entrepreneurial passions on opportunity development capabilities in different contexts.Fourth,entrepreneurial passions and entrepreneurial learning vary from group to group.Because of the different groups,there are differences in the key factors affecting the success of entrepreneurial opportunities.Future research can consider the impact of different groups of entrepreneurs,namely,the impact of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial passion of different groups of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs on entrepreneurs' opportunity development capabilities.
