Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Canteens In Primary And Middle Schools In Dandong City

The primary and secondary dining halls are the main places for dining in primary and secondary schools,and the food safety is not only related to the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students,but also related to the safety of students.Therefore,the supervision of food safety in canteens is the central work of local governments and schools.Dandong is a medium-sized city in Liaoning Province.There are many primary and secondary schools,and the scope of distribution is relatively wide.In order to ensure the safety of food in primary and secondary schools,local governments have increased their investment in the construction and management of food safety infrastructure in schools.To a certain degree,it has improved the food safety conditions in the region and played a positive role in preventing food safety incidents.However,there are still many safety hazards in the dining halls of primary and secondary schools in Dandong,such as the source,processing and preservation of food raw materials,the construction of food safety system,and the division of food safety responsibility.Under such circumstances,this paper takes primary and secondary schools in Dandong as research object,studies and discusses the food safety issues,and the research results are of great significance for improving the practical effects of food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens.This paper takes primary and secondary schools in Dandong as research object,under the guidance of theories and methods correlated with food safety,uses literature research method and questionnaire survey method to study the food supervision problem of primary and secondary schools in Dandong.Firstly,this paper comprehensively describes the current situation of food safety supervision in primary and secondary schools in Dandong,including the general situation of operation,supervision status and achievements of primary and secondary schools and canteens.Secondly,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the current situation of food safety supervision,this paper analyzes the existing problems of food safety supervision and the causes of the problems from three aspects: government,school and society.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems in food safety supervision,the countermeasures for the problems are studied.The contents mainly include increasing the implementation of food safety supervision,strengthening the supervision of food safety on campus,reforming and innovating management of school food safety,and encouraging social forces to participate in school food safety supervision.The fundamental purpose of the research on food safety supervision in primary and secondary schools in Dandong is to propose a relatively systematic and operational supervision scheme for food safety supervision,which can not only provide reference and guidance for the practice of food safety supervision,but can also promote the healthy development of primary and secondary school canteens.
