Food safety of primary and secondary schools is a matter of the teenager's physical and mental health,the campus food safety incidents occurred recent years has sounded the alarm to the whole society,guarantee food safety of primary and secondary schools is pressing.This article based on the interviews and researches in schools of Wuhua District and related catering companies,grasp school canteens and catering companies'food security situation.In light of the demand characteristics of food safety among the elementary and middle school students,this paper takes the holistic governance theory as the guide,starting with different subjects,such as the government,the school and the society,analyze problems of government administration,school regulation,canteens and catering enterprises own management,parents committee and community supervision,give suggestions to the problems,to explore the effective governance theory of national,social and family schools,explore the government,schools,enterprises,families and social media and other aspects of the campus food safety management policy.Achieve the overall governance purpose from single,top-down government regulation to plural subject participation,comprehensively improve food safety standards of Wuhua primary and secondary schools.In this paper,literates on school food safety were finishing studied,29 high school cafeterias,8 elementary school cafeterias,10 catering companies in or out of Wuhua district were field researched,eight major items and 31 minor items survey project were involved.According to the survey results and field visits,summed up the current food safety problems of Wuhua campus,and put forward suggestions in four dimensions.Suggest the government to set up campus security management committee,the FDA to improve regulatory efficiency,the education department to strengthen food safety education and campus management,the other departments to strengthen food safety regulation around the campus;suggest schools to improve the food safety regulatory organization and strengthen food safety education;suggest school canteens and catering enterprises to strengthen their own management standardization and normalization,to use the "6T" method and the HACCP management system while introduce the rapid detection of pesticide residue;suggest parents committee and community to strengthen the catering enterprises examination,to research students lunch break and the small table issues,to strengthen prevention of food safety hazard around the campus.
