Study On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Dengfeng County Of Henan Province

On October 18,2017,the Communist Party of China(CPC)made clear,To win the war against poverty,we need to mobilize the whole party and the entire national force,and insist on targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,so that the poor and the poverty-stricken areas will join the whole country in an affluent societies.By the end of 2016,the number of poor people in our country's current standards is 4335 million,and the task of poverty is still daunting.Targeted poverty alleviation is an important measure to win the fight against poverty.Based on Xi Jinping's theory of targeted poverty alleviation and the theory of sustainable development,this paper studies the targeted poverty alleviation status of Dengfeng County in Henan Province,analyzes the main causes of local poverty,and analyzes the main problems of targeted poverty alleviation work,and then proposes countermeasures,in order to help the local government improve the working mechanism of poverty alleviation,improve the ability of poverty management,and realize the goal of joining an affluent society by 2020.In this paper,using literature analysis,survey method and system analysis and so on research methods of the precision of Dengfeng County of Henan Province poverty alleviation work system is analyzed.Specifically,this article has five parts.Part I,introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the current situation of domestic and overseas research,the thoughts and methods of research,and the possible innovation and deficiencies of the research.The second part,core concepts and theoretical foundation.Introduces the core concepts and theoretical foundationinvolved in this paper.The third part,the targeted poverty alleviation situation in Dengfeng County of Henan Province.Dengfeng County of Henan province's poor conditions and poverty alleviation and development work process are summarized,this paper analyzes the reasons of local poverty of the poor,summed up the local characteristics of poverty population,and precision of the local government to poverty alleviation work practice are summarized.The fourth part analyzes the main problems of the precision poverty alleviation work in Dengfeng County.Through questionnaire survey,the main problems of local targeted poverty alleviation work are investigated,and the actual situation is analyzed.The fifth part,the idea of a targeted poverty alleviation reduction.On the basis of the previous research,the local targeted poverty alleviation countermeasures are expounded.
