Coupling Mechanism Between New-type Urbanization And Intensive Land Use In Guizhou Province

The new type of urbanization is a major strategy for accelerating socialist modernization.As a carrier of urban construction,land is a prerequisite for sustainable economic activity of urbanization.In the rapid urbanization process,the problem which Characterized by demographic shifts and expansion of scale is becoming more and more outstanding.For example,large Numbers of rural people are pouring into the city,but they can not fit the city.Also,the problem of rough utilization of land is outstanding,the tension in the supply and demand of land is increasingly acute,especially,the construction of urban and rural areas is blind,disorderly and inefficient which hindered the healthy and sustainable development of the urbanization.Based on these problems,Our Country has put forward the plan for the new-type urbanization: 2014-2020 on March 16,2014 and made the decision to do the "People-oriented" urbanization.At the same time,the plan requirements that we should take the land intensive use.It also highlights the importance and necessity of strengthening the quality of new urbanization and improving the use of land intensive use.Based on the background,exploring new urbanization and land intensive utilization of coupling mechanism can promote coordinated development of new type of urbanization and land intensive utilization,which is of important theoretical and realistic significance.The paper based on the concept of coupling,coupling,coupling mechanism,analyzed the essence of the new type of urbanization and land intensive utilization coupling mechanism by using the coupling basis and method theory,concluded the key elements of system coupling mechanism,including the mechanism of cooperation,the magnitude of the coupling relationship,the regulation of the coupling relationship.Also it made an empirical study by design of new type of urbanization and land intensive utilization.The findings are as follows:(1)In theory,this paper is clear about the concept of coupling mechanism,and constructs a coupling evaluation index system of the new-type urbanization and land intensive utilization in Guizhou by connecting the connotation of them.1)From the urban and rural development,economic development,social development and ecological environment from four aspects,at the same time from the intensity of land investment,land use degree,economic,social and ecological benefits of five dimensions combed the coupling process between them.2)The coupling mechanism of the composite system is established,and the human and material,information and energy are the dynamic of coupling.3)In this paper,the evolutionary rule of coupled system coupling is deduced,and the three development trends are considered to be unsustainably,coupled and spiraling.(2)On the empirical,the coupling model is established to validate the factors of coupling mechanism.1)This paper shows the rationality of the comprehensive measure method.The quality of the new-type urbanization and the level of intensive utilization of land have been significantly improved in Guizhou.2)This paper verifies the correctness of the coupling mechanism.There is significant correlation between the new-type urbanization and intensive utilization of land.Also,there is significant correlation in all elements of the system of land intensive use.Meanwhile,there is significant correlation in all elements of the system of new-type urbanization.3)Based on the measure of coupling magnitude,the study shows that the level of coupling is not good in Guizhou.It used to be in the stage of antagonism and grinding and begins to be the coordinated development phase,but not at high level of synchronous development.Also,there is a growing trend of coupling coordination degree.4)Based on the selection of the coupling factors,the study shows that the development of urban and rural areas has the greatest constraint on the new-type urbanization,which can obviously effect and improve the coupling coordination degree.Reducing the gap between urban and rural places is the core issue that needs to be addressed urgently.And then,the land investment intensity,ecological benefit and economic benefit are the main reasons for the delay of the land collection.It shows that increase the intensity of land investment and output benefit is a powerful grip to improve coupling coordination degree.
