With the gradual improvement of the national power of China,taking advantage of the country's preferential policies,more and more domestic enterprises have gradually developed and expanded,and they have begun to go abroad and open up overseas markets.However,an important issue arises.Because of the great difference between the traditional thinking of the Chinese nation and that of the West,many enterprises are not successful or even difficult to carry out business abroad.The existence of cultural differences,together with the diversities of cross-cultural conflict resolution mechanisms and management models,etc.,have a great impact on these enterprises that go abroad,which makes it difficult for them to carry out business as easily as in the domestic market.The existence of cultural differences,together with the diversities of cross-cultural conflict resolution mechanisms and management models,etc.,have a great impact on these enterprises that go abroad,which makes it difficult for them to carry out business as easily as in the domestic market.With the continuous exploration of these enterprises in recent years,it is not very difficult to survive overseas,but survival is far from enough.More importantly,how can enterprises make profits in overseas markets? How to occupy more market share? These require companies to have certain innovation capabilities,to meet the different needs of overseas markets,to achieve product differentiation,and to launch new products constantly to keep companies' vitality.The innovation of the company comes from the employees.For the expatriates,there are many factors that affect their innovation ability.Psychological security has a significant impact on stimulating the generation of learning behavior and voice behavior,and improving work performance.At the same time,cultural intelligence can play a certain role in moderating the individual's cross-cultural adaptability,conflict resolution,and individual performance of the expatriates.In this study,the relationship among employees' psychological security,cultural intelligence and innovation ability will be explored.Based on the organizational team level,this paper explores the relationship among the psychological security factors of the expatriates,the cultural intelligence factors of the expatriates and the innovation ability of the team.Firstly,the existing researches on psychological security and cultural intelligence are summarized.Based on the existing research,the hypothesis of this paper is proposed.On the basis of the hypothesis,221 valid questionnaires were collected by distributing paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires,and then the effective data collected through the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS22.0.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between expatriates' psychological security and team innovation ability as well as a significant positive correlation between expatriates' cultural intelligence and team innovation ability,and that expatriates' cultural intelligence has a moderating role between psychological security and team innovation ability.Finally,based on the results of the research,this paper combs the relationship among team psychological security,cultural intelligence and innovation ability.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to exert the team innovation ability of expatriates and promote the expansion of the company's overseas business.Firstly,while paying attention to the business capabilities of expatriates,companies should also be aware of the importance of psychological security,provide expatriates with an atmosphere of free speech,and improve the team's psychological security of expatriates.Secondly,the level of cultural intelligence will also affect the innovation ability of expatriates.Therefore,when selecting expatriates,managers should examine the cultural intelligence level of expatriates on the one hand and strengthen the cultivation of the cultural intelligence of expatriates on the other hand.Thirdly,enterprise managers should create a relaxed atmosphere conducive to innovation for expatriates,and provide necessary support in terms of device,funds,personnel and skills training,so as to provide employees with an enterprise culture atmosphere that encourages innovation.
