With the improvement of the Chinese residents' income level and consumption consciousness,consumers' consumption concept has increased from focusing on solving the problem of food and clothing to focusing on consumption experience.With the improvement of consumer awareness,people pay more attention to healthy life and green consumption.At the same time,the rapid development of the internet has made material distribution more rapid,and the distance between producers and consumers is getting closer.With the development of big data technology,consumer data can provide a better basis for product development for enterprises.Enterprises can meet people's consumption needs by research on consumption preference.Consumption upgrading will promote The BSJ rice noodles company to undergo a major change in the rice noodles industry which is undergoing industrial upgrading.Faced with the rapidly changing business environment and increasingly fierce competition in the market,The BSJ rice noodles company as a late entrant,it is urgent to explore a business model suitable for the times and the development of enterprises.This paper uses the literature research method.The author introduces the research background,refers to relevant theories and literature review to study the significance of business model research and the status quo of business model research at home and abroad,so as to clarify the research ideas.This paper introduces the general situation of The BSJ rice noodles company by the investigation and analysis method.This paper describes the development process and operation status of the company,and describes the current problems encountered by the company.Using the business model canvas,the current business model of the company is analyzed in detail from nine factors:important cooperation,key business,value proposition,customer relationship,customer segmentation,core resources,channel,cost structure and income source.This paper uses the case analysis method.This paper uses case analysis method.The company is analyzed from three aspects: macro,meso and micro.The SWOT tool was used to analyze the business model.In this paper,the inductive method is used to solve the substantive problems of The BSJ rice noodles company currently encounters.The optimization scheme is put forward from strategic positioning and business model elements,and the optimized business model canvas of The BSJ rice noodles company is established.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized business model,the author constructs perfect safeguard measures for The BSJ rice noodles company 's organizational construction,corporate culture,financing scheme and so on,and strives to help enterprises solve the current problems and improve their competitiveness through the optimization of business model.Through the study of The BSJ rice noodles company 's business model optimization,it can not only help the company optimize the existing business model,find the right position,formulate the strategy and tactical strategy in line with the company's current operating situation,but also provide some reference for similar companies to solve the problems encountered by the company.
