With the rapid development of society and the fiercer competition of enterprises,performance appraisal as an important measure for a company to enhance its core competitiveness and ensure the implementation of strategic objectives is an important means of human resource management.For enterprises that have been reformed by state-owned enterprises,in order to develop rapidly and adapt to society,it is necessary to establish an incentive system and an assessment mechanism that suits them,and to improve the initiative and creativity of managers.Only when the initiative of management is mobilized can we lead employees.Struggling together,so the performance appraisal of management is particularly important,and it is necessary to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal.Based on the relevant theories of performance management,this paper takes A company management personnel as the research object,firstly succinctly discusses the research background and significance,summarizes the relevant research situation at home and abroad,introduces the basic theory related to performance appraisal and the key Performance indicators,goals and key results,balanced scorecard,360-degree assessment method are the assessment methods of tools;then,from the status quo of performance appraisal of company A as the entry point,through questionnaire survey,it is found and pointed out the problems of performance appraisal of company A and Insufficient,including: performance appraisal indicators and unreasonable weights,can not meet the needs of companies and employees;assessment methods are too single,too subjective,can not fully reflect the situation of the appraisers;the assessment cycle is too long,can not be timely,dynamic reflection Appraisers' situation;lack of supervisory feedback mechanism.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,optimize the current performance appraisal,select a reasonable performance appraisal method,design a reasonable appraisal index,clarify the weight of the appraisal index,determine the appraisal implementation requirements,the scope of application of the results,and improve the performance appraisal feedback link.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal,it is necessary to obtain support from senior leaders,improve the assessment organization and other relevant measures to ensure.
