Since our country entered the market economy, rapid economic growth. At thesame time of rapid economic growth, gradually realize the enterprise managers fortalents relies on more and more important. Enterprises in the face of an increasinglycompetitive market environment and changing business model, and completes the talentpool is able to send a fundamental sustainable enterprises. However, how to do talentpool is precisely the bottlenecks faced by many enterprises in our country, and to solvethe bottleneck of the most effective the most direct way is to do a good job, effectiverecruitment and talent identification is the top priority.Handan FZ machinery co., LTD., a factory in1958, has been using the system ofrecruitment in the era of planned economy. Since entering the market economy afterreform and opening to the outside, Handan FZ machinery co., LTD., faced the fiercecompetition. More and more managers found their own development by lack ofbondage on account of the lack of talents. Although had made some adjustments oftalent selection plan, but still can’t meet the market demand for talents. Especially in2009, Handan FZ machinery co., LTD., accepted the task of a special fiber equipmentproduction base. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the production and businessoperation after new plant built, company leaders decided to take effective personnelrecruitment plan to recruit excellent talents.Based on Handan FZ machinery co., LTD., the staff recruitment of a fiberequipment production base as the research background, workshop director this post ascase analysis in this paper. Aiming at the disadvantages that the factory at present has aunscientific recruitment plan, recruitment channels of a single, imperfect recruitmentplan and so on. I use the human resource management knowledge, competency modelthe and job analysis, weight analysis method which learned during Master of IndustrialEngineering study period to develop a suitable with the situation of Handan FZmachinery co., LTD. Workshop director post job description and put forward thereasonable countermeasures to improve recruitment, so that after the new factory set up,for the company leadership selection workshop director and other post personnel toprovide the reference data.
