With the updating of payment methods and the optimization of distribution procedures,online shopping has become an indispensable shopping method in people’s lives.However,contrary to the online shopping market with good development momentum,many e-commerce companies are still losing money.Even if the sales scale of enterprises is increasing,the income from low-price sales can still not cover the cost of technology and commodity storage.The A-e-commerce retail enterprise selected in this paper faces the same problem.A e-commerce retail enterprise is a typical cosmetics e-commerce retail platform,and its corporate characteristics determine that its business activities need to be completed by other affiliates.A e-commerce has been established for decades.After the initial rapid development,the profit growth rate has slowed down.The inventory purchase cost,logistics cost and storage expense are relatively large,and the overall management cost of inventory is high.Based on the above background,we introduce the theory of supply chain management,and stand on the global perspective of the supply chain to discuss the inventory management mode of A e-commerce.Based on the above background,we introduce the supply chain management theory,stand in the overall perspective of the supply chain,the inventory management model of A e-commerce to discuss.At the same time,in view of the high cost of inventory management of A e-commerce,we start from the supply chain perspective of the village post-management theory,respectively from the Inventory Procurement Section,Inventory logistics plate and inventory storage plate analysis,according to the characteristics of the e-commerce supply chain,respectively,from upstream suppliers,E-commerce platform itself and downstream customer demand three aspects to give optimization recommendations,hope to be able to summarize the experience that will help the future development of e-commerce enterprises.
