| It is believed that more benefits can be achieved by program management than by implementing a single project.With the increasingly fierce market competition,M company is faced with the problem of expanding the market and reducing the operation cost.Project A product is one of many products of M company.In order to improve economic performance,M company started to build program management for project A products from 2015,and made a series of adjustments and re:flections on the WBS of M company’s program A according to its development.The problem studied in this thesis is related to the WBS of M company’s program A.Combined with the overall situation and the changes of management ideas in different development periods of M company,this thesis introduces the development process of the M company’s program A from project-based operation to daily operation requirements from 2015 to 2017.It analyzes the changes of the management targets in each stage of the program A caused by the M company’s target and different organizational structure changes.at different stages.And also it analyzes the necessity of adjusting for WBS in order to achieve the management targets.Combined with the study results and based on the latest development of M company,M company constructed the WBS of program A confoms to operation,and completed the formulation of the responsibility matrix of relevant staff.Finally,the comparative method is used to evaluate the results of the implementation process of the transformation from project-based operation to daily operation of M company’s program A from the top ten k:nowledge areas of project management.The research results show that it is positive to adjust the WBS to the M company’s program A management in combination with the internal and external changes of the M company’s program A. |
