Diversified Investment Strategies Of Logistics Enterprises Based On Supply Chain Integration

With the development of the social economy,the logistics industry has not only grown up for the important basic industry for the development of national economy,but also led to the prosperity of other industries in the national economic development.With the entry of international logistics enterprises into the domestic market,the continuous emergence of domestic logistics enterprises,the continuous improvement of modern science and technology in the logistics industry,and the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction,the competition between enterprises is increasing and the industry profits are further diluted.The growth of logistics companies often achieves diversification and further improvement of profitability by diversifying investment strategies.However,in the diversification of logistics enterprises,there are many problems,such as the separation of business,the decline of service quality,the low efficiency of resource allocation,the difficulty of capital control,and so on.So how to solve the problem of diversified investment in logistics enterprises is particularly important.Based on the theory of diversified investment and supply chain integration in logistics enterprises,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,experience summary,comparative research,financial analysis and so on.After in-depth research on the diversified investment of logistics enterprises,this paper finds out the common business separation and service quality in the logistics enterprises after diversified investment.Problems such as low volume,low efficiency of resource allocation and difficulties in fund control.Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems,we put forward the optimization of diversified investment of logistics enterprises from the perspective of supply chain integration.Finally,taking Shun Feng holding as an example,this paper analyzes the diversified investment background,the diversification of investment problems,and the diversified investment of the supply chain integration,and analyzes the financial effect after the diversification of the investment.This study has a certain reference value for other logistics industries to optimize the diversification of investment through supply chain integration,and the contribution of this paper is to propose a diversified investment optimization scheme based on supply chain integration.
