The 19th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China put forward many important expositions to encourage the development of the private economy,including supporting the work of supporting small and micro enterprises in the national planning.However,there are still many problems that restrict the development of micro-enterprises,such as their small scale,inadequate system,and lack of The core competitiveness and financing difficulties,the lack of a complete and effective implementation plan for the government,and the problems of high credit levels for financial institutions such as banks.In order to understand the operating status of the micro service companies in Kaiyang County of Guizhou Province and the highlights and inadequacies of the government’ s support for micro-enterprises,the relevant literature and data will be collated and summarized,and field surveys will be conducted on 150 micro service companies in Kaiyang County.Interviews were conducted on 10 representative micro-service companies to obtain primary data.At the same time,a government service quality gap model for micro service enterprises was established.The SERVQUAL scale was used as a benchmark to measure the expectation and actual perception of the micro enterprise’s support to the government,and the data was analyzed in detail through descriptive statistics,decision trees,and Logistic regression.Through literature review and data analysis,it can be known that the Kaiyang County government is making great efforts to support micro-enterprises,but there are still some problems.For example.,the level of micro-enteprise owners’ ability is uneven,and the micro-enterprises have strong homogeneity,weak market competitiveness,and lack of Professional management personnel.At the same time,it can be seen th at the expectation and actual perception of micro-enterprise owners for government support work arc seriously out of-balance,and a variety ot factors comprehensively affect the satisfaction of micro-enterprise owners with government support work.To sum up,in order to make micro-enterprise developm ent more smooth and make government policies better for micro-enterprinses,the following suggestions can be made:First,micro-entrepreneurs shotuld change their concepts and management models.The growth of enterprises can be assisted by improving the overall quality of micro-enterprise owners,improving management systems,innovating business concepts,and improving core competitiveness.Second.the government should actively listen to the opinions of micro-enterprise owners,improve support deficiencies,and provide diversified support to micro-entrepreneurs in a combination of principle and flexibility.Third,the government needs to improve relevant policies a,nd regulations,implement supervision and management mechanisms,and review mechanisms.It can provide support to micro-enterprises in an all-round and multi-faceted manner through regular follow-up visits and the creation of a"double-creation"demonstration base.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of supporting policies and outstanding enterprises and create a harmonious atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship. |
