The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that innovation is the first driving force for development.It is necessary to speed up the construction of an innovative country and comprehensively promote innovation development.Therefore,innovation performance has become a hot spot in academic research and enterprises,especially the team innovation performance in organization.This research examines the impact of high commitment work system on team innovation performance.At the same time,team work wellbeing and team information sharing are included in the research model,and the mechanism and boundary conditions of the high commitment work system affecting the team work well-being are examined,and a regulated intermediary is verified.Based on the resource conservation theory and the signal theory,the research results are explained,which expands the boundary of the theory and its application in the field of work well-being.It also provides a useful reference for improving team innovation performance.This research reviews the relevant content of high commitment work team,team work wellbeing,team information sharing and team innovation performance,and proposes research hypotheses and theoretical model.Through the questionnaire survey from a large information technology company,we get a lot of data which from the heads of human resources,team leaders and employees of 102 branches from Guangdong,Zhejiang,Shandong,Jiangsu,Jiangxi.SPSS23.0 and Mplus7.4 software are used for data analysis,such as reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics and correlation analysis,we also use the multi-layer structural equation model for checking the research hypothesis.The following results are founded:(1)High commitment work system positively affects team innovation performance and team work well-being;(2)Team work well-being positively affects team innovation performance and also plays mediating role between high commitment work system and team innovation performance;(3)Team information sharing plays a moderating role in the relationship between high commitment work system and team work well-being,at the same time,it also regulates team work well-being in high commitment work system and team innovation performance.The moderating role is strong when the level of team information sharing is high,and the moderating role is weak when the level of team information sharing is low.Six hypotheses in this research are supported.This research reveals the process mechanism and boundary conditions of high commitment work system affecting team innovation performance.The introduction of team work well-being and team information sharing provides new ideas for explaining the impact of high commitment work system and team innovation performance,and enriching existing theoretical research.At the same time,enterprises should actively implement high commitment work system,fully mobilize employees' work enthusiasm,and improve their attitudes and behaviors.In addition,they should improve the level of team information sharing,ensure good team membership,and build a healthy and harmonious internal atmosphere so that promote the level of team work well-being,stimulate team innovative motives,and enhance team innovation performance.Ultimately,companies can get their competitive advantage and achieve long-term development.
